This series butterfly valve has reasonable and reliable mechanical structure, strong compression resistance, reliable opening and closing, and positive and negative bidirectional sealing function. The installation is not limited by the flow direction of the medium or affected by the space position, and can be installed on the pipeline at will. The valve shaft of this series butterfly valve adopts semi-axle structure, the valve plate adopts pile frame structure, the shaft and valve plate are tightly assembled and mechanically fastened by pins, the valve has high compressive strength, small flow resistance, large flow area and energy conservation, the shaft sleeve adopts self-lubricating tin bronze, the friction coefficient is small, and the opening and closing are flexible. This series of butterfly valves adopt a double eccentric spherical sealing structure. When closed, the sealing surface of the valve plate leans against the sealing ring of the valve body for extrusion sealing along with eccentric displacement. The sealing ring is pressed evenly and has reliable sealing performance. When the valve plate is opened, the sealing surface of the valve plate is separated from the sealing ring of the valve body by only turning a small angle, thus reducing the friction between the sealing surfaces and making the valve durable. The sealing ring of the valve body is made of stainless and acid-resistant steel and is fixed on the valve body by mechanical means.
